The Minnesota Twins added five players to the 40-man roster ahead of tonight’s deadline.
Right-handed pitchers Dakota Chalmers and Jhoan Duran, infielder Travis Blankenhorn, and outfielders Gilberto Celestino and Luke Raley to their major league roster. The roster is now at 37.
Players that needed to be added and weren’t are now subject to the the Rule 5 Draft, which will take place on Thursday, December 12. Click here for more information about the Rule 5 Draft.
