Deputies report the arrest of a 33-year-old Victor man following an accident that happened on State Route 444 on Wednesday around 9:50 p.m.
Deputies charged Timothy Archibald, 33, of Victor with driving while intoxicated after it was determined he struck another vehicle while traveling down Route 444.
It’s further alleged that beyond leaving the scene of the accident – Archibald attempted to flee deputies once located. He was taken into custody after brief foot chase.
Archibald was transported to the Ontario County Jail. The charges will be answered in Victor Town Court.
