Walworth man charged with harassment, unlawful imprisonment after domestic incident

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Walworth man on multiple charges following a domestic incident with a family member.

Liborio McCauley, 39, of Walworth was charged with harassment, unlawful imprisonment, and endangering the welfare of a child on Friday around 9 p.m.

Deputies say McCauley placed his hands on the family member, and prevented them from leaving the residence where the domestic incident unfolded.

The whole ordeal took place in front of an infant, according to deputies.

McCauley was transported to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment. Additional court proceedings are scheduled for December.

The victim requested a refrain from order of protection.
