The team leader with 44 knockdown blocks this season, Davis was the highest-graded member of the Orange’s front five against the Blue Devils. He did not allow a sack and collected a team-best five knockdowns in 56 snaps. The Mount Airy, Maryland native opened holes for two 100-yard rushers, as Moel Neal and Jarveon Howard each ran for 115 yards in the game. Additionally, Davis paved the way for an Orange offense that averaged 6.7 yards per play and set season highs for both team rushing yards (286) and team rushing touchdowns (4) against the Blue Devils.
