Deputies: Savannah man struck father with car part during domestic

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 23-year-old Savannah resident following an investigation into a domestic incident over the weekend.

On Sunday at 5:33 p.m. deputies arrested 23-year-old Tristin Kouwe, of Savannah following that investigation.

Kouwe was charged with harassment. He’s accused of striking his father in the face with an automobile part causing a laceration to his face.

Kouwe was transported to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment. He will return to court at a later date for further proceedings.

An order of protection was requested.
