State Route 96 Shut Down For Over An Hour As Crews Deal With Saturday Wreck
Deputies report that on Saturday at approximately 8:50 p.m. a Victor woman was arrested fo driving while intoxicated after a crash on State Route 96 in Farmington.
They say Lindsey Kelley, 39, of Victor had a BAC more than three-times the legal limit at the time of the wreck, which involved two vehicles.
Kelley was traveling west on Route 96 when she rear-ended a vehicle operated by Rhonda Hillman, 63, of Canandaigua.
Victor-Farmington Ambulance responded to the scene along with the Farmington Fire Department.
Diane Brockhousen, 65, of Michigan was transported to F.F. Thompson Hospital by Victor Farmington Ambulance where she was treated and released.
Meanwhile, Kelley was transported to the Ontario County Jail where she submitted to a breath test, which showed a BAC of more than three-times the legal limit.
Deputies say Kelley was issued citations for following too close, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and having a BAC greater than 0.18 percent.
Kelley will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
Deputies say Route 96 was closed for an hour while crews worked the scene.
