And Wednesday’s temperatures are not expected to be much warmer.
It’s come as a shock to the system more than a month before winter, making spending any time outdoors virtually unbearable.
When your job depends on it, though, you have no choice.
“The summer is a lot better,” said Matthew Steger, a delivery driver for Gallo’s Pizza & Subs in Greece. “This weather makes it really tough.”
