Dryden man pleads guilty to child rape

A Dryden man plead guilty to the second-degree rape of a child on Wednesday. This comes two years after the incident occurred, and the case went cold.

Chad Hamilton, 29, was charged with the rape in September after DNA evidence resurfaced and linked him to the case.

In Dec. 2017, Hamilton admitted that in December 2017 had sex with a 14-year-old girl. Hamilton was 27 at the time of the rape.
