Police in Ithaca have made an arrest in the forcible touching investigation, which had started in the city last month after a pair of incidents.
On October 29th at approximately 1:16 a.m. police identified Evan Gottlib, 20, of Ithaca as the person involved.
They interviewed him; and police said that Gottlieb was cooperative.
He was charged with two counts of forcible touching on Wednesday at 7 a.m.
