Deputies say that a 34-year-old Seneca Falls resident violated a stay away order of protection, resulting in an arrest on October 28th.
Casty Rodriguez, 34, of Seneca Falls was charged with one count of second-degree contempt.
Deputies say that Rodriquez violated a Class A order of protection between two parties.
Rodriquez was held on bail following arraignment, according to deputies.
