Sheriff Kevin Henderson says that a 48-year-old Canandaigua man is in custody after an investigation into a relationship between two blood relatives in Ontario County.
Henderson reports that Douglas Eggers, 48, of Canandaigua was charged with third-degree incest after an investigation determined that a sexual relationship was had involving a blood relative.
Eggers was arraigned and committed to the Ontario County Jail without bail.
The charges will be answered in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
