Two arrested on felony charges after selling cocaine in Geneva

On October 25th at approximately 7:50 p.m. the Geneva Police Department’s Narcotics Unit arrested a Newark woman, and homeless man on felony drug charges.

Kalel L. Godfrey, 23, of no permanent address; and Cari A. Carr, 24, of Newark were both charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance.

The two are accused of selling cocaine in the city of Geneva.

That arrest ends a months-long investigation into the sale of cocaine in the city of Geneva, according to police.

They say additional felony charges are pending against the duo.
