Four arrested in connection to meth sale investigation in Hornell

Four people have been arrested in connection with an investigation by the Hornell Police Department into the sale of methamphetamine in the City of Hornell.

The arrests took place following a vehicle stop in the Hornell Plaza yesterday afternoon.

According to a press release, the occupants of the vehicle were arrested after officers located a quantity of meth in their possession during the stop.

Lela S.E. Arnett, 20, of Savona; John C. Foster, 24, of Elmira; Sasha L. Barrett, 32, of Elmira; and Brandon R. Granger, 25, of Corning were arrested.

Arnett, Foster, and Barrett were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. Arnett was also charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, and Failure to Appear in Court.
