The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on October 21st at approximately 3 p.m. deputies arrested two people on a number of charges – including a pair of felonies.
Stephanie F. Kuti, 32 of Waterloo was charged with one count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both are felony charges.
It is alleged that Kuti sold crack cocaine while in the Town of Seneca Falls.At the time of her arrest, a passenger in her vehicle, identified as Rianne S. Seoud, 28 of Geneva was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
It is alleged that Seoud possessed a quantity of Suboxone, a digital scale, and packaging material used for distributing and weighing of controlled substances. Kuti was held in the Seneca County Correctional Facility on a County Court Indictment Warrant. Deputies say she was then arraigned at County Court where she was released on her own recognizance.
Seoud was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date.
Members of the Narcotics Unit were assisted by the Geneva Police Department and Seneca Falls Police Department.
