The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office, along with State Police putting you on the lookout following a suspicious incident.
Investigators are hoping you can identify the person seen in this Ring doorbell camera video. This was back towards the end of September on Troy Road in the Town of Ithaca, not far from Ithaca College.
