Monroe Community College has canceled its 2019-20 women’s basketball season due to a lack of players.
Athletic Director Aaron Bouyea said the decision was made this month when school officials met with the team. He also confirmed that head coach Tim Parrinello left the school in early September.
MCC AD confirms to me that the upcoming Women's Basketball season has been cancelled due to lack of players. I also confirmed that Tim Parrinello left MCC in September and is no longer the head coach of Women's Basketball at MCC.

In November, Parrinello was suspended without pay after accusations surfaced relating to an audit. Skip Bailey, a former MCC athletic director, told News10NBC the accusations had to do with scholarships, letters of intent, and other documents linked to athletics.
