Seneca County deputies pick up man wanted on felony parole violations in Iowa

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 24th at approximately 2:30 p.m. deputies arrested a 35-year-old fugitive from justice who was being released from Willard DTC.

Jeremiah R. Keppel, 35, was wanted for felony parole violations in Iowa, according to deputies.

The felony violations are related to escape and methamphetamine charges.

Deputies say Keppel was picked up at the Drug Treatment Center and taken to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center.

He’ll be picked up by the U.S. Marshal’s Service.
