Meeting coming up to discuss pedestrian, bike lanes on roads in Ontario County

One Ontario County corridor could be significantly friendlier in the near-future to those on bicycles and walking.

That work could be happening along the Route 364 and County Road 11 corridor after a grant was received from the Genesee Transportation Council to create a plan.

The Messenger Post reports that the study is looking at ways to improve safe pedestrian and bicycle connections along the stretch from County Road 1 to the Yates County line.

A meeting coming up on September 28th will be the perfect opportunity for folks to voice their concerns with any proposal to modify that stretch of roadway. The meeting is scheduled for Saturday, September 28th at the Crystal Beach Firehouse.

The meeting will start at 12 p.m.
