Hurricane Dorian, now a Category 2 storm, is picking up speed and moving closer to the United States.
It is expected to approach Florida’s eastern coastline on Tuesday evening.

Eliza Weis’ family had a flight booked to leave Tuesday, but the impending storm has them hunkering down. They’re trying to make the most of it.
The park was virtually empty as the hurricane continued to move closer to the coast. Despite the morning’s blue and sunny skies, Weis says the park was taking precautions.
