Webster man accused of breaking into Wayne County home in July

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Webster man on felony charges following the investigation of a July 25th incident in the Town of Williamson.

According to deputies, Joshua Rivera, 25, was arrested upon release from the Monroe County Jail on unrelated charges.

He was charged with criminal mischief, burglary, criminal contempt, and aggravated family offense in Wayne County.



It is alleged that Rivera broke into a residence and damaged property violating an order of protection.

He was transported to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment.
