The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Ovid resident following an investigation into an incident at a pharmacy in Seneca County.
Erin Riley-Khan, 35, of Ovid is accused of illegally obtaining controlled substances from a pharmacy in Ovid. It is also alleged that while deputies took her into custody – she actively resisted.
Riley-Khan was charged with first-degree falsifying business records, a felony; criminal possession of a controlled substance; criminal impersonation; fraud and deceit related to a controlled substance; and resisting arrest.
She was held on $1,000 bail.
