Deputies report that a Lyons resident was ticketed for endangering the welfare of a child after an incident at the Wayne County Behavioral Health Office on Friday.
Henry Acosta, 45, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and disorderly conduct.
Acosta is accused of getting into a physical altercation with another person in front of a child. The child’s arm was also pulled during the incident, according to deputies.
As result, Acosta was ticketed and the charges will be answered at a later date.
