Investigators arrested a 27-year-old Canandaigua man on felony charges on Thursday around 7 p.m., according to a press release from the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Lawrence Sullivan III, of Canandaigua was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
The felony charge resulted from a joint-investigation conducted by the Sheriff’s Office, Geneva Police Department, and Canandaigua Police Department. Deputies say that Sullivan sold cocaine to another person on June 24th in the Town of Canandaigua.
Sullivan was transported to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
