Waterloo driver ticketed after crash on Rt. 414

On August 1st around 10:33 a.m. police responded to a personal injury crash on State Route 414 in the Town of Seneca Falls.

Police say a vehicle operated by Robert R. Jesse, 38, of Waterloo was traveling north on Rt. 414 when he began making a left-turn, failing to yield the right of way to a southbound vehicle.

That vehicle was operated by James Daniel, 79, of Kentucky. Both vehicles sustained heavy front-end damage.



Daniel and his passenger were transported for further treatment.

Jesse was issued traffic tickets.

Police say that the Seneca Falls Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance also responded to the scene.
