Our area has a new millionaire, courtesy of the New York State Lottery.
Friday, lottery officials will be in Perinton to award a Victor man $1 million.
The winner, whose name has not yet been released, won the prize on a Big Million scratch-off ticket.
He’ll be awarded the check at the Penfield Road Tops, where he bought the winning ticket.
