On July 24th at 9:21 a.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Reg C. Mangru, 24, of New York following a theft report.
While Mangru was attending school in the Town of Seneca Falls it was reported that he had stolen several items belonging to his roommate.
During the investigation Mangru left the area, an arrest warrant was issued for his arrest.
On July 24th, Mangru turned himself in to the police department.
He was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was released on his own recognizance.
Police say Mangru is scheduled to re-appear in town court on August 1st.
