Auburn man worked with another person to steal from SF Walmart on multiple occasions

On Friday at 5:19 p.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested an Auburn resident following an investigation into a series of thefts from a local Walmart store.
Jeffrey R. Decaro, 30, of Auburn is accused of working with another person to steal merchandise from Walmart in Seneca Falls on three occasions.
After being observed by employee’s fleeing the store, asset protection employee’s were able to secure CCTV footage of the pair on the occasions passing all points of sale with not attempt at rendering payment for the items.
Following a police investigation Decaro and his associate were identified and warrants were requested.
He was later arrested and charged with three counts of petit larceny and two counts of conspiracy in the sixth degree, both misdemeanors.
Police say Decaro was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center where he will await arraignment. He will be due back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charges.
