Dryden man arrested for public lewdness in Ithaca

On July 16, registered sex offender Will Rogers Howell Jr., age 37 of Dryden, NY, was arrested for three counts of Public Lewdness, a class B misdemeanor, and two counts of petit larceny. The arrest comes after an investigation by Ithaca Police into multiple accounts of him masturbating in public and exposing his genitalia while in plain sight of citizens.

He is scheduled to appear in Ithaca City Court on July 29 to answer to the charges. The Ithaca Police Department is encouraging all community members to contact them if someone sees or believes a crime is happening within the City of Ithaca.
