The man accused of carrying out a June 5 bank robbery in Auburn will first answer to criminal charges in the Pennsylvania county where he was arrested earlier this month.
Dustin W. Hall, 31, will have a preliminary hearing Aug. 26 in Erie County Criminal Court, said Erie County Assistant District Attorney Jeremy Lightner on Tuesday. Hall was apprehended July 4 in Pennsylvania after the Auburn Police Department had issued an arrest warrant for him in connection with an armed robbery at Generations Bank on North Seward Avenue.
