Thanking the professionals at the Auburn Community Hospital Emergency Department and Cayuga County 911 Center! Monday evening was every parents nightmare. My husband received a call that our daughter had been in a bad car accident. Without us knowing the details, the 911 operator was extremely helpful and tried to gather information for us while we were going to the hospital to meet the ambulance. After arriving at the Emergency Department, a nice woman at the front desk spoke with such kindness and compassion.
