A specialist dedicated to providing services like trauma relief to crime victims could be coming soon to the Auburn Police Department.

Titled the 2019 Law Enforcement-Based Victim Specialist Program, the grant would help streamline a crime victim’s access to trauma-focused counseling, legal services and case management.
