Police: Missing Auburn teenager returns home

The Auburn Police Department is no longer asking the public for help in seeking a missing teenager after he returned to his Auburn home Sunday.

In an email to area media sent Monday, APD said Mikel S. Gainey, 15, had returned to his home after he had been missing for about two weeks and that the case has been resolved. No additional details were provided.
