As many along the Lake Ontario shoreline continue their fight with the International Joint Commission over the controversial Plan 2014, community leaders are coming up with their own ways to keep the waters at bay.
Leaders attended a brainstorming session Wednesday afternoon in Greece. The meeting was part of the Lake Ontario REDI Commission. That’s the governor’s plan to invest up to $300 million in funding to shoreline communities.
