A Wayne County man is facing charges after an alleged altercation early Tuesday.

Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies say 21-year-old Jordan Burke was charged with criminal mischief, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest.

Burke is accused of punching and breaking a window, as well as damaging someone else’s vehicle during a domestic dispute.

Deputies say Burke fought with them as they were taking him into custody.
