The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Galen woman after her BAC was found to be four-times the legal limit.
Dacey E. Madigan, 30, of Galen was operating a vehicle westbound on State Route 31 in Clyde when she passed an unmarked patrol car at a high rate of speed on a double solid line.
Madigan’s vehicle was subsequently stopped in the Town of Lyons. Deputies say she failed field sobriety testing; and was placed under arrest.
She was issued tickets for following too closely, improper passing, speeding, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely, failure to yield right of way to an emergency vehicle, driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.34 percent, and failure to notify DMV of an address change within 10 days.
She will appear in Galen Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
