Woodstock 50 could be relocating to the Vernon Downs Casino Hotel, according to a report from WKTV.
The casino is one of five or six venues under consideration for the festival’s relocation, confirmed by Vernon Town Supervisor Randy Watson and Vernon Downs officials.
The festival, still scheduled for August 16 through August 18, is only two months away.
The location is no longer listed online after Watkins Glen International announced it would no longer be hosting the event.
Officials from Vernon Downs expect to hear back either way whether they’ve been selected to host the event with the fast approaching event date.
