Police say that two people were arrested on a number of drug charges after an investigation at a playground in Penn Yan.
The Penn Yan Police Department arrested Samuel Madigan Sr., 55, and Ashley Jensen, 35, after they were found having sex on a playground in the village.
Investigation revealed that the two possessed cocaine, marijuana, an open beer container, and a marijuana smoking device.
Officers say they found more drugs inside Jensen’s nearby car.
Both were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of marijuana, and for violating the village’s open container law.
