Deputies they have located a missing 13-year-old, who disappeared on Wednesday.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, two teens disappeared in unrelated missing persons’ cases, which were reported to authorities.
Owen Guest, 13, of Phelps was the second to be located. Kayleb Shay, 14, had been located early-Thursday.
