Police: One charged after domestic incident in Seneca Falls

On Friday at approximately 10:41 p.m. officers arrested a 56-year-old Auburn resident following a domestic incident.

The Seneca Falls Police Department responded to an address for a third-party call reporting a female screaming.

Upon arrival, police located the female victim, as well as 56-year-lld Lynn Curtis, of Auburn.

Police say Curtis subjected the female victim to multiple instances of unwanted physical contact. When advised that he was being placed under arrest, Curtis was not compliant, and resisted arrest.

Curtis was charged with second-degree harassment and resisting arrest. He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. An order of protection has been issued.
