For the 47th annual year, the Seneca Falls school district hosted regional schools for its Seneca Falls Pageant of Bands this past Friday and Saturday.
Participating schools competed in a variety of competitions, ranging from jazz band to twirling and color guard performances.
This year’s competing schools included host Seneca Falls, Albion, Baldwinsville, Corning/Painted Post, Marathon, Marcus Whitman, Medina, Mexico, Moravia, Naples, Oxford Academy, Red Creek, Solvay and Williamson.
Medina was named the pageant’s grand champion for the high school level, with Mexico nabbing grand champion honors for junior high.
