The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office says an 8-year-old boy died Sunday following an ATV crash.
They say the accident happened during a New York Off-Road Association Event in Montour Falls.
During a race, the 8-year-old struck a tree, causing him to be ejected from the ATV.
The child was pronounced dead at Schuyler Hospital.
