Sheriff Kevin Henderson reports the arrest of two Ontario County residents following an investigation into a traffic stop along Interstate 490.
Glen Omar Perez-Santiago, 33, of Geneva; and Linzy Patrick, 34, of Clifton Springs were both arrested on a variety of charges.
Perez-Santiago was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, which is a Class B felony.
Henderson says deputies found Perez-Santiago with a mixture of heroin and fentanyl that he intended to sell to another individual.
Patrick was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, which is a Class D felony. She was found to be possessing 25 Clonozopam, which is a generic for Xanax, which she also intended to sell, according to deputies.
Both were held at the Ontario County Jail.
The charges are the result of an ongoing investigation into the sale of narcotics in Ontario County, which involves several agencies – including the Sheriff’s Office, Geneva Police Department and Canandaigua Police Department.
