Deputies report the arrest of a 26-year-old Geneva man after a domestic incident on Thursday.
It happened around 5:22 p.m. when deputies say Matthew C. Johnson, 26, of Geneva allegedly menaced two victims with a loaded .22 long rifle.
After the threats – he fired the rifle into the air four times, according to deputies.
Johnson was ultimately charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing, second-degree harassment, and second-degree reckless endangerment.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
