SF Heritage Preservation Commission considers six applications

With the future of the Huntington Building still unresolved, the Seneca Falls Heritage Preservation Commission will move on to less controversial issues when it meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Municipal Building, 130 Ovid St.

On the agenda is:

• An application from Andrew Morgan to remove the rear deck and install a new deck at 10 Clinton St.

• An application from Tara and Dan Montoney to remove an existing chain-link fence on the west side of the driveway and install a new, 6-foot-high white vinyl fence with top lattice trim at 5 South Park Street.

• An application from George Crary Jr. to remove, resurface and paint much of the exterior of his home at 126 State St.

• An application from Dale and Suzette Hedge to remove the cedar shakes from the top of their house and replace them with cedar impression vinyl siding and to install aluminum F-channel over soffits around the perimeter of their house at 128 State St.
