Rochester man violates stay away order in Wayne County

Deputies say a 29-year-old Rochester man was arrested in the Town of Marion on Saturday after violating an order of protection.

Brad C. Miller, 29, of Rochester was charged with criminal contempt after patrols responded to a complaint of a subject, who was at a residence on Huntley Road.

Deputies say that Miller was not supposed to be at the location.

A stay away order of protection was active at the time against him, resulting in the criminal contempt charge.

He was transported to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment. The charge will be answered at a later date in Marion Town Court.
