Penfield senior Morgan Cox, the 2018 Monroe County Division I Player of the Year, scored the game-winning goal that put the Patriots into the Class A state final. Emma Arnold, a senior at Class D Palmyra-Macedon, was named an All-American by US Lacrosse.
