The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of four individuals following an investigation into a disturbance at a local residence on April 1st.
Police say four people entered a home in the Town of Seneca Falls to pick up a friend. While inside the home, a physical altercation occurred – involving the six people. An adult female, and 15-year-old female were involved – but not charged in the incident.
During the disturbance, a cell phone was thrown against a wall and broken. Police say the 15-year-old was hit repeatedly.
As result, the following individuals were arrested and charged:
William Petrie, 45, of Seneca Falls was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment.
Jeremiah Peterman, 29, of Waterloo was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
Tamarah Heitmann, 51, of Seneca Falls was charged with criminal mischief and harassment.
Mary S. Lesinski, 47, of Seneca Falls was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
All four were processed and released. Police say additional court action is scheduled at a later date.
