Geneva man accused of selling cocaine

On April 4th at approximately 8:56 a.m. the Geneva Police Department arrested a 22-year-old Geneva resident on felony drug charges.

Police say that Daquan A. Covington, 22, of Geneva was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance after selling a narcotic drug in the city.



They say additional charges are pending. The arrest marks the end of a several month investigation into the sale of narcotic drugs in the city.

Covington was held on $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 secured bond.
