Deputies say a 27-year-old Clifton Springs resident was arrested twice on Tuesday after a domestic incident and secondary incident following arraignment.
Nathan Black, 27, of Clifton Springs was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic incident at his residence.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail where an order of protection was signed.
Deputies say Black then returned to that address despite the protective order.
As result he was charged with criminal contempt and petit larceny.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail.
