The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on March 29th at approximately 11:20 p.m. deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on Worden Road in Tyre.
Deputies say that upon arrival – they found a vehicle in a residential yard, as well as a second vehicle, which had been parked alongside the roadway.
Deputies say the operator of the original vehicle – identified as Travis Sheldon, 24, of Romulus – was traveling down Worden Road when he swerved to miss a deer.
His vehicle left the roadway and ended up stuck in a residential yard.
He called a friend for help, and the second operator was found to have a suspended license. That vehicle was operated by Dakota Standbrook, 20, of Waterloo, who was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
Sheldon was also ticketed for unsafe speed.
Deputies say no one was injured in the accident.
